I've stayed in Hotels all across the US, in Canada, and from Honduras to Poland. I must say that Hotel Morales is one of the nicest (top 3) hotel experiences I've ever had. From Location, to amenities, to service, it was top notch! I stayed here to bring in the New Year (2025) in Guadalajara, which this locale is perfect for in terms of proximity to shopping, dining, and landmarks/city center. The room was immaculate and had TV, A/C, luxury bathroom, and motion sensor lights when you open the closet. The dining is open daily and door staff are friendly and helpful and always on duty. Front desk staff is available 24/7 and some of the most professional and welcoming Ive met! You are mere minutes/blocks away from the central square and gorgeous cathedrals. There are convenience stores near by, and great cafes and restaurants. There are even a couple Currency Exchange places and a Bank right around the corner. This location is accessible by taxi/uber and by foot. Local transport (tram and subway) are also just a few blocks away in the city center, where there are also bikes for rent. I will stay here again when I come back for a Chivas game, and I recommend you do the same when you visit Guadalajara! (I stayed here from 12/30/24 to 1/1/25)

The hotel and hotel staff were great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and felt fresh. The hotel itself is in a historic part of town, so for tourism it's great, but for nightlife, the historic part of town closes relatively early. That can be a plush though because it is quiet to sleep and your only a 10 min uber ride to the nightlife.

This is your hotel. Its smack dab in the Centro Historico, across from the subway train, updated historical rooms with a restaurant, gym and pool. The concierges are most helpful with booking tours, recommendations, and the hotel allows a luggage hold if you arrive early. It's just a spectacular place and I make sure to book this particular hotel.

Originally I was upset over one staff member, but after leaving a review the hotel immediately called me and asked me what happened and apologize. My room had a balcony it was beautiful and a great taco stand across the street from it.

Great location, very helpful staff overall and a very clean facility. I would stay there again for sure. Amazing breakfast and the chef was super nice and helped us with the menu as we don’t speak Spanish. 5 Star facility.
